Helpful Hints for Using System

System Test - Please use the System Test button in the lower left hand corner to determine if your browser and computer settings are compatible with this system.

Display - Please change your Display settings in the Control Panel to at least 1024 x 768 (More under Screen Resolution)

Ensuring Lessons Change to Complete - Be sure to click the Next button in the lessons all the way through, even on the very last page of the lesson in order to flip the lesson to Complete and activate the next lesson.  If you just click the X in the top right corner and close the lesson window, the system will not mark your lesson as complete.

TCA ONLY --- Choices on Courses - For Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, you have three options for the course requirement.  Only complete ONE course - using the course that best meets your needs.  If you have access to Office 2007, use the 2007 Option.  If you are Mac user, use the 2008 for Mac opton.
